Problem for pedestrians

Reported in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 12:31, Thu 1 August 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later

The Pedestrian (Pelican) crossing here seems to take for ever to change lights, favouring cars that are a long way off the traffic lights. The wait times can be as much as a souple of minutes, allowing cars through that aren't even in sight when the button first pressed.

Pedestrians shouldn't have to be waiting this long

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • The traffic lights are still too long to change, massively in favour of motor traffic travelling along Ashley Down Rd.

  • This is still a problem for pedestrians. The wait time is far too long and the lights are massively favouring traffic moving along the Ashley Down Road
