Hedges and brambles from Talbot Rd Allotment overgrown

Reported in the Obstruction category by Paul Korn at 20:11, Tue 6 August 2019

This will be a familiar problem. Every year the trees, hedges and brambles along the length of Talbot Rd lane get over grown. Residents get delivery trucks refusing to make deliveries because of this. Every year!! Residents also find access a problem when its neglected, sometimes for cars, sometimes for pedestrians. It is your legal responsibility to maintain those trees, bushes and hedges. Is it possible for the council to commit to an annual cut back on a given date after nesting season and communicate that to the local residents?? It’s easy to plan that into an annual budget and work schedule...same work, same place every year. It’ll save us chasing you to do what you should be doing anyway. Kind regards Paul Korn.
