There throns hanging down at head hight on crayon Road bs14 8dn, it's been like it for months, as you can see I've cut my hedge back on the left hand side but the over hang you can see is past the boundary of my property, and there for belongs to the council, I received a letter mid July saying my hedge was over grown and I would be charged if I didn't sort it, as you can clearly see I've done my bit and would be grateful if Bristol city council would do theres, many thanks
