RainDrain cover missing adjacent to pedestrian crossing outside the Southville Surgery (67 Coronation Road). 1 metre long. Easy for pedestrians to twist ankles, cycle and pushchair wheels likely to fall in.

  • This drain cover flipped up when I stood on it this morning and as a result I slipped off the edge. I was lucky that I only scratched my leg on the pavement as I slipped off the edge of it. It needs fixing properly so it doesn't come off when you stand on it.
