  • This drain cover flipped up when I stood on it this morning and as a result I slipped off the edge. I was lucky that I only scratched my leg on the pavement as I slipped off the edge of it. It needs fixing properly so it doesn't come off when you stand on it.

  • Cover still missing. Hole now concealed with leaves and hard to spot. Husband twisted his ankle in this last night. Please fix before someone breaks their leg and sues.

  • I fell in this today and have badly bruised my knee, I could very easily have been seriously injured, it worries me that an older person may hurt themselves just outside the doctors surgery. You cannot see the missing drain because it is covered in leaves. Please fix as soon as possible.

  • This needs fixing immediately! It’s so dangerous and so many people walk across this. It’s covered in leaves and will break someone’s ankle!!
