The drain at the side of 15 Winchester Avenue is overflowing causing drain water to flow out from under my house. There is an unpleasant smell. The growth of grasses and weeds is excessive which demonstrates the extent of standing water at the back of my house. The main drain in the street also floods. I have had my house drains inspected and cleared. The drain here serves various properties.

I think it has been like this for a long time as I have experience various problems which I have dealt with personally. However, I now notice that when it rains water builds up and runs out of a hole next the the brickwork in the roadside wall of my house. I think the problem lies with the drain beyond my own property. I fear that this is causing damage to the foundations of my house and may pose a threat to my health.
