Old Bedford truck blocking end of the road

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later
An old van has been dumped on the double yellow lines at the bottom of Repton Road towards Sandy Park Road on the double yellow lines. It's blocking the visibility of the street to see if anyone is coming down when driving and provides little passing room. It's been there for about a week now.

The truck has been there for about 2 weeks now. It is causing safety issues for other vehicles and pedestrians alike.
The back right light has broken off and so there is no reflection. Driving around the corner you cannot see the truck well. Also there is no bar stopping cars going underneath if a crash were to happen. This could crush the roof of cars going under it causing a fatal accident. Today the truck blocked another vehicle.
