Deep pothole with exposed black cabling on York Road near pedestrian bridge

New pothole on the road, next to the pavement, on the river side just before the pedestrian bridge. It's very deep and there are exposed black cables which appear to be damaged. I walk here each morning and I don't think it was there last week.
