Caravans live on the road vehicles trucks all parked to severely narrow the road. Dangerous

Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 13:21, Mon 19 August 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

This is heavily used by pedestrians cyclists children visiting the garden and farm. The carriageway is so narrow that an emergency vehicle would not get through -this has been happening for years and needs to be sorted out. It’s dangerous. Reinstate the road markings put double yellow lines down and put signs up telling drivers not to park here. If there’s a fire on Mina road of]r the Yard the fire and rescue vehicles wouldn’t be able to get through.

  • The majority of these vehicles are caravans which are simply being stored on the street and not being lived in. The consequences that they narrow the carriageway and when events happen the street becomes dangerously blocked.
