I would like to see the licence to fence of a pavement in Trelawney Rd . This pavement has been fenced off and out of use for three years . I and others have reported this to the council and have not received a satisfactory reply from any department . We have to walk in the road , it takes up at least three car parking spaces and is a health and safety and public health concern I have just checked that a concern and photos were sent to you in 2018 . There has been no action It is my intention to harness support from residents as the whole road is troubled by this situation . A previous response to alerting you to this was that it had been investigated and no action , There is no licence for the use of this pavement and therefore I would have thought it within the council remit to reinstate the pavement and remove the public health / health hazard . Please have the courtesy to reply to my and others concerns about this situation and offer us some resolution to an issue we have been living with for some time .

Still waiting fir a response to the pavement closure reported by many residents , A photo and report were sent in May 2018 by another resident . It workdays be useful to have an update before raising this with other departments and the local councillor . I am happy to escort people to this site so that they can see for themselves the gravity of this situation and the need for council action to regain the pavements and the right to be able to walk safely as a pedestrian on a pavement . Looking forward to your reply
