On a daily basis lorries from various scaffolding companies park on the pavement. They all go in to the cafe for breakfast. It is an offence to park on the pavement. They are also blocking the drop kerb on the opposite side for those with disabilities. Moreover, it is blocking the view for traffic trying to turn right from the shops. It makes it a blind bend and is dangerous. Please direct parking enforcement to visit 0730-0930 daily.
