Unsafe crossing outside Southville primary school

The crossing between the church and primary school is extremely unsafe. Visibility is totally obscured by overgrown shrubs when trying to look both directions. Visibility to cross also affected by parking spaces by crossing. Distinction between pavement and road is misleading as there is no drop in level or tarmac. This led to a near miss accident with a car and my child. Other parents have reported similar dangers at this crossing - action needs to be taken please.
