Suspect drainage into river

Reported via Android in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 21:44, Fri 23 August 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

To the left of Beeses tea rooms (as you look at it from the front on the other side of the river) there is a drainage pipe which empties into the river. I saw lots of whitish water which smelled badly flowing into the river changing the river colour to cloudy white. I have no idea where the pipe comes from or what was draining out but it didn't look good. It must surely be checked out if it is polluting the river.
