At traffic light corner between Savile Rd and Stoke Rd. because of flawed design (water flows to lowest area! Surprise, surprise) or blocked drain. Always a problem in heavy rain.

  • Nothing material appears to have been done. Elderly and disabled still obliged to ford large puddle ... as is case with most pedestrian crossings at traffic lights around Downs and Clifton. TIME FOR A RETHINK ON STRATEGY?
