Trying to walk along here, able bodied, is very difficult, for the elderly or people with young children/prams it must be a nightmare. Cars parking combined with the bins being left out, is causes an issue. It is also very unsightly and with the food bins being left out and some are opened, will cause a problems with rodents.

Updates

It’s not “cars” parking, it’s “motorists”. The cars are innocent of wrong doing.

Motorists driving on to the pavement is illegal, and if they obstruct the pavement sufficiently then police will act (only then, unfortunately).
