Dead end sign missing

It is a dead end road and very narrow there should be a sign at the bottom of the road saying no through road or dead end due to the numerous amount of cars who drive up the road think they are going through a road which leads them elsewhere however it is a dead end and then they end up getting stuck and can not turn around to leave the road
