Blocked underwater drain Outside house number 2 causing dump, Wessex water has visited the premises and confirmed that isn't their responsibility. The resident at house number 2 thinks that the underwater drain was blocked when the pavement was repaired. Please contact the citizen for further information. Thanks.

  • Hello, I called on the 28th Aug as I have had a problem with rainwater drainage from my house. The rainwater from roof (and my neighbours) drains under my garden and under the pavement however the drain under the pavement is either blocked or collapsed by pavement works undertaken. I have had to remove the drain in my garden as the blockage has caused damp and the drain was badly blocked. I would be grateful if BCC could check the drain under the pavement please as we currently have nowhere fro the water to drain. Wessex Water have attende d and confirm it is a Council drain.   • Hello

    I cannot get through to anyone at BCC could someone please contact me on 07807 524 612 regarding a blocked drain which means that no water can drain from my or my neighbours property. I have removed our drain the the boundary and Wessex Water advise the drain under the pavement is blocked
