Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 16:26, Wed 28 August 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 11 hours, 40 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1747607.
The new tarmack on Kellaway Avenue doesn't have grip when wet. 2 or 3 car lengths long. Looks like a sheet of black ice. Cyclists witnessed skidding when wet. Near new pedestrian crossing. No small stones in it to provide grip. At the Cairns Road junction. Jet black and smooth. On slight incline. Needs to be looked at when wet.
