Dangerous paving slab

Reported in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 11:52, Sat 31 August 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later

Outside No. 5 Devonshire Road. Very uneven paving slab. Surface 2.5 cm proud at worst point. A number of people have tripped on it, including my daughter today. She hurt her wrists, tore her trousers and sustained cuts on both knees. Someone was observed repairing paving stones in our road earlier in the year but this particularly dangerous one was apparently overlooked. There are also other trip hazards within say 1.5 metres of this very bad one. Would be grateful for removal of danger.
