Resident uses a wheelchair the pavement/driveway directly outside no.7 has a depression that is awkward to move a wheel chair over, please investigate and arrange for repairs

The original caller has called back in to say that his mother now is having difficulty getting in and out of her house as she is a wheelchair user and the paving is making it hard. Can this be urgently escalated as soon as possible? Thanks. AN.
