Are there any plans to replace this missing bollard?

A replacement bollard has still not been placed, and there remains a hole in the road now from where the damaged bollard once stood. Pretty dangerous as someone could easily get their foot stuck in the hole. It should at least be filled in to be made safe.

The bollard that was stolen has now been brought back again, all be it it is in a rough condition and obviously is not firmly affixed to the ground.

Update - So I gather there are no plans to replace this lone bollard that has since been long removed? If so I will now close this report.
