Damage to turning corner of Clifton Hill onto Clifton Road

Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 11:13, Wednesday 4 September 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

This is a corner post at top of Clifton Hill meeting Clifton Road. It appears a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV), likely delivering goods to Nuffield Hospital was driving up Clifton Hill, which is a narrow single road & sharp turned right out on to Clifton Road. The HGV has clearly turned too sharply into or out of Clifton Hill and hit this corner barrier, dislodging it from the ground. This requires resetting and the council should consider restricting HGV vehicles on Clifton Hill as this road is clearly not suitable for large vehicles.
