Overgrown shrubs etc behind my property

Hi, I have lived at no 18 Fanshawe road for 5 years and the shrubs behind my property are that overgrown they are pushing my fence over, they are usually cut at some point in the year but appear to have been missed this year. I always have to trim them which I do not mind as it keeps my property secure at the rear. Would it be possible to get someone round to trim it down by 50%?

If not, how do I go about claiming for the damage to my fence and I will get a sub contractor to repair my fence and remove the shrubs? Regards mr z Simmons 07528666346
