Shrubs and brambles hanging over public footpath from garden

This has been ongoing problem from No1 Swainswick, BS14. Very dangerous with large brambles overhanging especially at night. I scratched my hand in daylight on them.

This is getting beyond a joke do you think this is acceptable. This has still not been fixed ,This is a council drain yet now you seem to change your mind and say it's no the council responsibility? The drains were installed by the council when the houses were built .can you please send someone out and get this sorted before we take legal action as the residents has had enough.

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
