Brambles and weeds obstructing pedestrian route

Brambles growing from waste ground on west side and, to a lesser extent, from garden of property on east side of northern section of lane between St Johns Crescent and Wingfield Road are obstructing pedestrian passage. The situation is compounded by weeds growing in the shelter of the brambles. The issue has become progressively worse over the course of the summer.
