Please can an officer record some of the speeds that cars come up this rd. At every rush hour some cars are short cutting Vicarage rd to get to Devon rd. Some cars are doing in excess of 40MPH in a 20MPH! This 20MPH is not enforced at all. The signs are ignored and the speed traps are really obvious always in the same place with a huge van.
