Lose black and yellow plastic road fixing damaging tyres.

There’s about 2m of Black and yellow plastic road fixings (maybe a speed bump in other applications) in front of number 4 which are lose and and have recently been assumed to cause damage to van tyres. It appears both the plastic and lose bolts could cause significant damage to any car that passes over the plastic road fixings as well as presenting a general hazard to people in the area.
