Road name sign removed by car in traffic incident

Sent to Bristol City Council 23 hours, 28 minutes later
A car drove onto Horfield Common and took the Weston Crescent road name plate with it. The sign and supports are further down the hill beside the Rowan tree opposite 2 Western Road. They look to be re-usable Police have details of incident which was at approx 23:20 on 12/09/2019

Parks Dept have removed support frame and put road sign up against brick wall of No 1 Weston Crescent. This is actually a good place for it to be seen easily. We would welcome its re-instatement as Western Road leads into Weston Crescent on this corner and deliveries are frequently mixed up.

The sign is still up against the wall of No 1 Weston Crescent. No action has been taken to repair or replace the sign.

A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
