This has been here for years, pavement is lost, gulley gets full of rain water and traffic barriers fall,down Please please get this fixed

    Hi, can anyone explain why the glen hospital has not been forced to repair its wall on Redland Hill, and remove the pedestrian barriers which have been blocking the pavement for over a year?
