Hedge overgrowth obstructing pavement

On the pavement corner of Croydon Street and Walker Close, the pavement has become obstructed by hedge overgrowth. This issue continues along Walker Close as all the hedgerow in front of the flats has grown to such an extent that branches are now obstructing the pavement.
