Surface water main drain?

Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 12:05, Wed 18 September 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1771890.

A parking space is assigned to my house in New Walls and such space is just off the pavement of the public road (picture attached). There is a drain grill in the corner of the car space (arrow in the picture). Do you know whether such grill leads into the public storm water main collecting all surface water, like the grills in the public road? A report by Search Flow contains a map reporting that there is no surface water sewer in the area. Is that correct?
