The brambles and stinging nettles on novers hill r so overgrown that the school children r being forced to walk in the road to get to school as the pavement is completely covered, i have now witnessed 2 near misses where children have almost been run over well trying to navigate the narrow part that has no pavement on one side and the pavement on the other completely covered in brambles and stingers, so its only a matter of time before a child is hit and killed on this stretch of road
