No sign, say priority oncoming cars

Reported in the Road Signage category anonymously at 17:33, Thursday 19 September 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

I live in ashmead house barton Hill and the entrance is in a chicane. Before the chicane was enlarged then was a sign say priority to oncoming cars(there is double white stop lines) this sign has never been put back. If I indicate to turn right to go up the drive, cars will still come through and then stop on the chicane! And they are not keen on me sounding my horn. Could the sign be put back(hoping they can read) also cars /lorries are parking on the chicane, could 2 bollards be added this would stop this.
