Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later
Gloucester Rd A38 Northbound at the Wessex Ave junction it's one vehicle lane all along as it was planed. But before traffic lights with pedestrian crossing vehicles on A38 approach line up side by side turning it into a unofficial 2 lanes. Vehicles should be turnining right out off single file into Wessex Ave right lane after central island traffic lights and crossing. Hence as now a cycle lane and 2 lanes of vehicles all going through the same gap between curb and central island a sqeeze vehicles in the cycle lane. This need's better marking in place to show 1 cycle lane and 1 vehicle lane before traffic lights with crossing.

PS Just to add point out about the above. Even when the cycle lane is fully intact motorists still use the one motor lane as two lanes, the squeeze effect comes into play.So they drive in and over cycle lane, this is one of the reasons why it's now completely worn away. Thank you
