The rainwater gully that I have reported more than once is blocked with bulders' rubble as well as leaves. The whole road this morning cannot be crossed by the more elderly people who live in Fosseway Court, immediately adjacent to The Fosseway. This morning's burst of rain (24-09-2019) was short but the water will probably take more than a day to subside.

This is not just leaves. As reported previously a builder has tipped plaster or mortar (or other material) into the drain so that even light rain causes some flooding. The location is important because it provides footpath access from Fosseway Court to Regent Street as well as along The Fosseway towards Queens Road.
