Here is an example of what happens after only a little rain. in this example the traffic is not heavy but when it is the cars are driving inside the yellow lines at speed and or course the puddle is much larger. there is a drain pipe running under this location perhaps a entry could be cut.
I should not in previous reported issues that I am not happy with the guy you sent who could not find a wall that had fallen down and shows bias in favor or drivers vs pedestrians
