Road Gutter drains blocked outside and opposite 22 Elliston Road

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1779985.

Drains overwhelmed with heavy rain on 24/09/2019. Rain water consequently puddles over pathway, into gateway of No 22 Elliston Road, down pathway and steps and across rockery garden area into entrance footwell of the basement flat. This has happened previously. Unable to supply photos as out at the time.
