Vinegar Hill regularly leaves a huge amount of cardboard and other items for recycling out on the street - the pile of waste is now wet through and hinders the pedestrian thoroughfare as well as being unsightly. None of this waste is contained and is spread easily - when it becomes wet it falls over and creates a slip hazard. This high level of waste left out on the pavement should surely warrant some form of waste container to be provided.
