Street works not compliant with New Roads and Street Works Act

Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 11:17, Thu 26 September 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later

There are utility works taking place at the bottom of Park Street. The footway has been closed with no instruction of where pedestrians should go. The result is pedestrians and cyclists sharing the bicycle lanes - this is incredibly dangerous and causing a huge amount of congestion at rush hour with pedestrians and cyclists spilling into the carriageway. This needs resolving before somebody has an accident.
