Non-resident van parked without permit.

Trade van, white Ford Transit BJ10 UDK, wrapped "M Dib plumbing and heating", has been parked near the bottom of Clyde Mews all day, every day for the past three weeks, never displaying a permit. Obstruction caused to residents, delivery vehicles and refuse/recycling lorries. Owners become abusive when told this is a residents' space.

  • The van parked without a permit almost every day for five or six weeks, as far as I am aware without ever being challenged. But I think their work may be finished now.
