Shrubs at pedestrian lights overgrown

When you drive down Blackboy hill and want to turn right onto Apsley Road there is an overgrown shrub at the pedestrian lights that is overgrown and that obstructs your view of cars coming up Whiteladies road. it is dangerous and they just need cutting right back.
