  • This is illegal parking for two reasons and can be reported to the police.

Firstly, it is illegal for motorists to drive over the pavement. Secondly, if the vehicle has been driven up and abandoned on the pavement sufficiently enough so that wheelchairs and buggies can’t get past, forcing them in to the road, the police will act. Make this clear if you report it to the police. Call 101. Let me know how you get on, From a Bristol resident fed up of motorists parking on the pavement
