Underpass flooded

Reported in the Bridges/Subways category anonymously at 10:12, Monday 30 September 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later

Pedestrians/cyclists can't get through the underpass at the Barrow Road and Lawrence Hill junction, heading towards city centre. There is rainwater at depth of at least 5 inches from one end to the other, due to heavy rain no doubt. People with young children are climbing the grassed banks and clambering over the fencing to get to the other side, by running the gauntlet of the oncoming traffic. Please clear. Thanks.
