Storm drain is backing up from the river that was in flood last night. No previous experience of this when flood levels in river have been significantly higher

  • This is urgent. House close to river Avon. There was flooding last night because of a blocked drain. High tide due today. Need to get someone out to clear the drain. Water is currently within half a metre of the house. Can an officer give me a call to tell me what's happening?
