The tactile paving at the Talbot Road / Eagle Road has no associated drop kerb or tactile paving on the opposing footway, providing a dangerous and misleading hazard for the disabled and partially sighted.

  • This dropped kerb is regularly used by fast moving cyclists to join the highway going up Talbot Road, causing unexpected risk of collision with vehicles exiting Hawburn Close.
