Missing bollard cover under bridge leading to St Mary Redcliffe Primary School

The cover from the bollard has gone missing over the weekend of 5th October this has lead to a hole in the road which is now a tripping hazard in a very busy area. with it being near the primary school a small foot might also get trapped in it. could it have a new cover put on so the bollard can be put in use again.
