Very deep pothole next to drain cover

Sent to Bristol City Council 21 hours, 45 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1797213.

I have reported this drain hole and its been repaired twice before it is now worse than ever and the whole drain is collapsing the holes that have appeared around the drain cover are more than 10 inches deep the repairs that have been done before are of a shoddy poor repair why has this drain access been put in the roadway if it was sited one meter away it would be in the pavement and not under the wheels of passing lorry's this latest damage is worse than ever and is an accident waiting to happen all i get every time i report it they tell me its been repaired well its now 08/10/2019 and whoever is in charge i will personally hold responsible as this situation is dangerous if you cant make a successful repair than move it out of the traffic way
