Storm drains not functioning

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 hours, 45 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1797979.
Pavement and zebra crossing are now regularly impassable every time it rains. The crossing is needed daily for children going to ElmLea Primary school. The pavement is used daily by elderly visitors to nearby residential homes and young people trying to get to the bus stops. Please help fix it.
