Bins and delivers unable to be delivered to business due to obstructions

We have repeatedly had issues with being able to receive deliveries of stock and have our waste collected. This is due to the road being blocked by large vans, caravans and now also a skip on Mina road just before the tunnel.
Today we received the email below.
'This morning our FEL driver tried to get to you to empty your general waste bin but could not get through as access was obstructed by a skip on one side and travellers on the other. He kindly asks that you call us when the road is clear again and we will arrange a return.'
This not only effects our business but also is a risk for anyone living in the area as emergency vehicles would struggle to get through as the road is extremely narrow. It's also dangerous for the cyclists coming on and off the cycle path as the lanes are often blocked meaning they are on the main road and visibility is limited and often cars can not see the cyclists approaching.
