Part of fence is stuck out causing harzard to cyclist

A cyclist had an accident on the cyclepath coming from long ashton park and ride , a gate has opened as its damaged and has swung open leaving as its on a bend you cannot see the bit sticking up meaning on bikes yu hit it you may come off. Resident described location as under the bridge , wher the flyover for metro goes above between ashton vale road, coming out at barons close, ( you can see theweston Automation garage/building) , this needs the fence/gate repairing or will cause more accidents
