The drains remains blocked, residents have tried to clear surface leaves, but this has not resolved the issue and so the blockage would appear to be further down inside the drain.

This has now been constantly flooded since February 16th. Even with 24+ hours without rain the water is not draining away fully. I'm not sure who it was allocated to on February 21st, but nothing has been done.

I have just witnessed an enormous puddle here after a brief downpour, preventing people safely crossing road. (They have to walk into traffic / road to cross)

I gave up waiting for the council to do something and tried to see what could be done myself over the weekend. Not very much it runs out! Using a long pole with an attachment, the drain felt silted up to about a depth of 9 inches.
